This is a red vermouth produced by the Londinio folks - the very same people behind the excellent Londinio Aperitivo and Londinio Amaro liqueurs. Certainly, this London-born vermouth will make for some top cocktails - perhaps even involving one of those aforementioned liqueurs, too...
Sage, star anise, hints of dates and dried raspberry.
Fantastic vermouth. Not too sweet but definitely sweet enough, has a great boozy taste, the flavours really come through. Highly recommend
