A hugely flavoursome red vermouth from Bodegas Lustau - you may be more familiar with their Sherry, or the Redbreast finished in Lustau casks, but this is excellent stuff. They use a base of Sherry and a selection of herbs and fruit like gentian, sage, angelica, wormwood, coriander and orange peel to give it a full-bodied flavour profile.
Bright citrus and dried berries, with earthy wood developing, leading into subtle nutty hints.
I tried this as an alternative to my usual choice of red vermouth for making negronis, but it simply has too strong a sherry taste.
