Tried this in a random bar in Manchester just after lockdown. I thought it looked cool and had never liked tequila before. I’m now on my third bottle at home - this stuff is amazing!
My favourite tequila, no questions asked. Been drinking the stuff for years and this one from vivir is just great. Give it a go, you won’t regret it.
I bought this as their anejo seems to be sold out literally everywhere and I’m a huge fan of it. This reposado is exceptionally good as well though and well worth a purchase. I drink it straight up over a cube of ice, lovely.
Taste - 9/10 Nose - 9/10 Value - 10/10 Brand - 10/10 After trying the Añejo from Vivir I then moved onto the Reposado. Again, it’s another excellent Tequila and an outstanding example of a Reposado. To be honest, I would have given a 10/10 for both the taste and nose if I hadn’t tried their Añejo first. If I was benchmarking against other Reposados at this price point it wins, hands down. Amazing notes of vanilla and rich butter, but they don’t overpower the agave. Looking forward to trying their Blanco next.
I saw John Whaite recommend this Tequila on his channel and he wasn’t wrong. A fantastic spirit both neat and in a margarita. Looking forward to trying it in other cocktails. Double thumbs up!
