Rooster Rojo Ahumado is a smoked Tequila, made using agave piñas which are cooked in underground stone pits fired with mesquite wood. Rooster Rojo Ahumado is then double distilled before maturing in barrels for a minimum of two months to bring some balanced vanilla and spice notes. A satisfyingly smoky sipper, this is also a great choice if you're looking to add a smoky twist to your cocktails.
