The masters at Ocho offer up an impressive single estate Tequila here, giving us the opportunity to explore the terroir of Rancho San Jerónimo in the highlands of Jalisco. Produced from 100% agave from the 2023 harvest, this añejo expression was matured in oak barrels before bottling, bringing delicate waves of vanilla and butterscotch to the vibrant agave at its core.
