Blanco Tequila from the Cenote range, created by master distiller Arturo Fuentes and master blender Alejandro Garcia Páez using blue agave which has matured for at least 6 years. Interestingly, this expression is allowed to rest for three weeks in American oak casks before bottling, helping to mellow its flavour profile.
Cut grass, sugar syrup, menthol, a hint of fresh pineapple and mango.

It's rather pleasant. Depending what taste you prefer. This is more on a vinegar note than pepper or vanilla. It's still tasty for that price. Worth trying as it seems a quality brew.
The name first caught my eye as it reminded me of a Mexican holiday swimming in a Cenote. I thought it my be a gimmick name. However, this is a lovely drink. Thoroughly recommend this. I like to drink it neat but it mixes very well. In fact my wife will now only drink margaritas with Cenote.
