Treated to five years of maturation, beginning in American whiskey casks and finishing in ex-Spanish sherry casks, it's delightfully decadent and supremely silky. The decanter is masterfully hand-painted by artisans, with the design including three precious metals – platinum, silver, and 24-karat gold, and astonishingly, much of the design is painted from memory, as the glaze only shows up on the dark background after firing. Impressive stuff in every way.
