Cazcabel presents its Anejo Tequila, a spirit that rests for 14 months in barrels that previously contained Tennessee whiskey to bring sweet, oak-led elements to the complex mix of flavours already present. Created by the Vazquez family, who boast four generations of tequila-making expertise, this Tequila is made from Blue Weber agave harvested after at least seven years of growth from the highlands of Atotonilco El Alto in Jalisco, Mexico.
Oak char, caramel, cinnamon, and vanilla as well as charred agave, tropical fruit, peppery spice, and salted Padrón peppers.
