Triple sec is an orange liqueur, it is French for "triple dry" - as in it is a third as sweet as standard Curaçao orange liqueur. Cointreau make the most famous variant, and this syrup is a great way of adding some triple sec flavour without any additional alcohol. An incredibly authentic Monin syrup made with natural ingredients.
Love this syrup. I use it all the time in margaritas in place of alcoholic curacao. This means I can drink them all day and still be standing at the end of it (sort of....)
