First cultivated in Western Asian, the Pistachio is used widely in cuisine, including baklavas, mortadella and various pastry dishes. The flavour is great in drinks too and Monin make a superb Pistachio syrup that can be mixed with Rum and Cream for a brilliant nutty cocktail.

Brilliant product - I use it to make a particular cocktail. It used to be a green colour but this bottle is clear/white - am assuming it tastes the same but haven't opened it yet.
