This syrup from Monin is made using juicy Watermelons from Spain. The result is deliciously refreshing and it's exquisite when mixed with vodka for a Watermelontini!
A very versatile flavour is watermelon. I must admit I'm using it in my iced teas (one shotglass of watermelon syrup, 1/2 pint cold brewed black tea, 1/2 pint sparking water, slice of lemon or lime). Though will probably venture into using it in the watermelontini as suggested.
