It’s time for a Spritz

There are all sorts of variations on the Spritz, and this laid-back refreshing serve is ideal to get creative with. Commonly, a Spritz recipe will follow a 3:2:1 formula with three parts Prosecco, two parts liqueur or bitters, and one part soda water, served in a nice big glass with plenty of ice.

Bols Blue Curaçao Spritz

Bols Blue Curaçao is an exceptional liqueur made from the tangy, aromatic Laraha citrus, herbs, red oranges, Kinnow oranges and Curaçao oranges. Very fresh and tangy and great in cocktails.

Ingredients

75ml prosecco

50ml Bols Blue Curaçao

25ml soda water

Orange slice

Method

1. Build in a highball glass over one big rectangle ice cube.

2. Garnish with a wheel of orange.
