No-alcohol spirits have been popping up all over the place, but none quite like this. Three Spirit was made with the help of resident botanical alchemists, looking to create a plant-based no-alcohol tipple (which is also vegan!). They settled on 11 plant-based ingredients from around the world, including lion's mane, cacao, damiana, and yerba mate. According to the team, these form a blend that creates a "synergistic experience", and supposedly allows you to connect deeper with yourself and others.

Lovely and complex! Extremely different to any of the other non-alcoholic drinks. Reminds me a bit of a vermouth or amaro. Plus it actually makes you feel good!
