An exciting addition to the Arcane range from Gray's Distillery in Mauritius, which had the splendid idea of infusing flambéed bananas into its sugar cane based rhum! A real treat sipped neat with a cube of ice, and should make for some rather exciting cocktails too.
Funky cane juice and banana collide with sweet burnt sugar and toasted oak, backed up by herbaceous spice.
Nice flavour but it is extremely sweet so not the best for drinking straight, but it is perfect for cocktails
