Moonshine from those folks over at the St Patrick's Distillery in Cork! It's distilled from malted barley and potato in small batches, based on a traditional recipe from the foothills of the incredible Croagh Patrick mountain in County Mayo. A little bit of history in a bottle.
Barley sugar and a creamy, buttery note from the potato, with a hint of earthy spice on a warm finish.
Terrible aftertaste Will not buy again!!!
