
This spirit from Spanish Oak is build around a brandy that was made with Pedro Ximénez and aged in a solera system in American oak sherry barrels. So far, so normal. However, before being bottled, it's filtered through dried orange peels! This makes for a zesty flavour profile alongside the sweetness of the grapes.
A backbone of zesty, somewhat oily orange, with a touch of grape skin, dried fruit and prickle of spice.
