This herbaceous, zesty alcohol-free amaro is produced by Opius in Belgium, following a recipe developed by master distiller Prof. Dr. Sas, taking inspiration from ancient alchemical manuscripts. With layers of citrus, herbaceous florals, and bitter wormwood, it'll make a refreshing non-alcoholic serve mixed with tonic and garnished with expressed lemon peel.
