Applejack is an American apple brandy, although this popular brand is also made with neutral spirit. This sprightly little product from Laird's makes for a great addition to many a fine cocktail. It's aged for between 3 and 4 years.

Had it in a Old Fashioned type drink served at 7flaskor in Uppsala Sweden. A real treat! Nice apple taste overall. I would say its a buy!!
