An experimental release from Finland's Kyrö Distillery Company, released as part of their Tutkielma series (Tutkielma is Finnish for "Study"). As ever with Kyrö's spirits, it's a rye-based tipple, but they've combined two different types of rye for this one - 50% Finnish wholegrain rye malt and 50% smoke-dried "riihiruis" rye. Spicy, smoky and packed with character.
