A wonderful combination of grapefruit citrus and jalapeño spice have been used to flavour this limited edition moonshine from Kings County distillery in New York. Try in a Bloody Mary, but perhaps best in more refreshing long drinks.
Bitter and spicy with fruitiness from both the citrus and the chilli.
I had this whiskey in NYC some years ago, along with their other adventurous flavours. I am so sad they discontinued these fun concoctions. Now grapefruit and jalapēno may seem scary, and at first I thought it was, but the bottle I was given quickly become my favourite flavor.
