Description
Maison Gabriel Boudier hosts an annual competition for UK bartenders to create a new special liqueur using only natural and ethically sourced ingredients. For 2025, the10 winner, Ashley Haines, made a liqueur inspired by sweet woodruff, which brings a vanilla-almond thing to the table, backed by green tea for a bit of structure. It’s delicate but not shy.
