Another fantastic spirit from the El Destilado range, which was founded by folks from Sager + Wilde and East London Liquor Company to explore all sorts of expressions from Mexico. This particular spirit is produced using the pizorra variety of agave, distilled by Mezcalero Delfino Tobon, after cooking it in an earthen pit for four days. Intensely fruit-forward, with savoury spices in support.
