From El Destilado's selection of spirits from small producers in Latin America comes an agave-based expression produced using Tobalá. This edition was made by Berta Vasquez in Oaxaca, using a pair of 122 litre copper stills. The range is a fascinating exploration of spirit that we most likely wouldn't get to experience otherwise.
