This expression from the fabulous El Destilado range has been made using the Pulquero agave. It's an interesting variety of agave, and has been distilled for quite a long while, but you don't see examples of it all that often. If you've not tried one, this is the perfect opportunity to do so!
Green apple, tangy raspberry, a balanced helping of roasted agave.
