This agave spirit from the El Destilado range is similar in style to pechuga, where its redistilled with a chicken breast hung up in the still, along with a selection of fruits and spices. Where this one differs is that instead of chicken, it's a leg of lamb which is hung in the still. Intriguing stuff as ever from El Destilado.
Savoury notes of sea salt and roasted agave, with rounded redcurrant hints and some dry smoke.
