An agave spirit from El Destilado, made with the Coyote variety of agave. Coyote is a rare variety, usually found in the wild! We do love seeing these spirits, as many are made by small producers, and the spirit wouldn't make it to these shores otherwise.
Fruity esters, with touches of earthy spice and a little orange zest.
