A stunning sugar cane spirit from the folks over at El Destilado. Each bottling comes from a small independent Mexican producer, and this Aguardiente de Panela is from Delfino Cruz of Puebla. The spirit is fermented in pine tanks with local spring water.
Incredibly smooth with similar flavours to a rhum agricole, both sweet and green earthy vegetal notes.
