El Destilado present another unique agave spirit, made from the Espadilla agave and crafted by Luis Sandoval Dolores in Oaxaca. This particular expression was cooking for a hefty 144 hours and was fermented in clay pots, giving it a distinct flavour profile. A meagre 110 bottles of this were produced.
An oily mouthfeel, mineral clay notes are balanced by a prominent brown sugar sweetness, with a short and abrupt finish.
