Combier Amboka Coffee Spirit is made from fine coffees sourced from Peru and Ethiopia, selected by master distiller, Franck Choisne. The coffee beans are slowly macerated and then distilled in the 19th-century alembic stills at the famous Distillerie Combier in the Loire Valley in France. This doesn't have the cloying sweetness of some coffee liqueurs, and weighs in at a bold 40% ABV, making it a grown-up choice for your favourite coffee cocktails.
