A stroke of genius from those folks at Beeble down in Wiltshire, who have combined delicious Caribbean rum with the honey from their hives! Beeble has over 130 sustainable hives, and the silky sweet, gently floral honey collected from them adds a magnifcent texture and flavour to this liqueur. Tasty sipped neat over ice, we reckon it'll work rather well in some classic rum serves too, with a good squeeze of lime.
