Hapusa means ‘juniper’ in Sanskrit. Fitting for a gin built around wild Himalayan juniper berries hand-foraged from the world’s highest mountain range. Distilled in copper at Nao’s Delhi distillery, Hapusa celebrates India’s incredible spice diversity with botanicals like turmeric, mango, coriander seeds, and gondhoraj lime. The result is earthy yet exotic, grounded yet bright.

Celebrating the centuries-old connection between Portuguese settlers and local Goan communities, Pipa Rum bridges two worlds. Pot distilled in Goa from jaggery (a rich, typically Indian unrefined sugar), it matures for a year in ruby Port casks. The rum is then infused with the three spices that first drew Portuguese explorers east: black pepper, cinnamon, and clove. Rich, aromatic, and tropical.

15ml Timbur (Himalayan Sichuan Pepper) infused vermouth*

15ml Campari

Torched cherry tomato on a spear to garnish (optional)

*To make Timbur-infused vermouth, gently crush 25g of fresh Timbur and steep it in 200ml of Sweet Vermouth for 48 hours in the refrigerator. Strain before use.
