Always a treat to get your hands on well-aged Palo Cortado, with its slightly mysterious origins, and the Gonzalez Byass team has done an incredible job here.

Definitely aged.

Thought I would treat myself to a sherry with a bit of age under its belt for a change. Wasn't disappointed, complex and totally different to a standard like Croft or similar. Dry, oaky and something to get your tastebuds around.
