This Japanese sake is incredibly versatile – created to be enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or as a lower ABV alternative to spirits in cocktails. The sake is produced in the Niigata region of Japan using local rice and prized water from the Kaji River, 'Daiginjo' is a descriptor for its premium quality, indicating that the rice kernels are polished to at least 50% of their original size to achieve a more refined flavour profile.
