A great alternative to sparkling wine. Bottle a bit too small though! Will be buying more. Unusual fruity taste. Very easy drinking!
Feels like added sugar and artificial - plus quite expensive for only 7% alcohol - prefer dryer styles
The Akashi-Tai Junmai Sparkling Sake is delicious and makes a lovely change from sparkling wine. It has a lovely mellow citrus, melon flavour with slight sweetness. The only downside is you can't get a bigger bottle.
Akashi-Tai produce some brilliant sake’s but personally I think this wins it for one reason. It’s great with cheese! Seriously try it with a Brie or another creamy rinded cheese. Good night in that. #notsadinspired
This is an usual drink with a fresh crisp clean taste. I’m not usually a sake fan but this is a premium quality rice wine that is consistently easy to enjoy.
