Akashi Tai Junmai Daiginjo Genshu is a medium bodied sake made from Yamadanishiki rice grown in Hyogo Prefecture, with a milling rate of 38%. No water is added after fermentation. This right here is a 72cl bottling, so if you want to show off how good sake can be to your friends, you're in luck!
