Well, here is a rum that ticks all the boxes! Overproof? Check. Spiced? Check. Fresh pineapple-infused? Check! Overproof Spiced Pineapple Rum from Two Drifters over in Devon is packed full of tropical influence thanks to its infusion of fresh pineapple. It's also infused with upcycled cacao husks from UK chocolatiers, adding a subtle chocolatey depth and warming hue, further bolstered by its high strength of 60% ABV. You'll certainly want to mix this one, and we reckon ginger beer would serve it very well.
Fresh pineapple tangy sweetness, with vanilla, brown sugar, a pinch of pepper, salted caramel, chocolate, and cinnamon spice.
I brought this rum as it was something different to try, compleat game changer with the pineapple hints. I would recommend to anything who fancies something different but loves rum.

Does nothing in moderation. It’s all over the top and thus perfectly balanced! It’s got heat, spices, tons of pineapple but it’s so smooth. Spectacular value for money. They say that at 63% it’s good to mix. Me? I think it’s too good to mix and I drink it neat - in very small quantities…
Beautiful aromas. Fantastic flavours but at 63% may catch you off guard and blow your chest out.
Amazingly smooth considering the high ABV I personally think it's too good to be mixed with anything so I treat it like a good Whiskey and drink it neat
