This award-winning white spiced rum was produced by Cornish spirit brand Wrecking Coast, using no added sugar, sweeteners, or colour. This makes it different from a lot of spiced rums, which are dark and very sweet. Instead, an unaged Caribbean rum is used as the base, which is re-distilled with botanicals such as cinnamon, vanilla, lemon, orange, ginger, allspice, anise, and pink peppercorn.
Serve with your favourite cola and garnish with a slice of orange and a couple of pink peppercorns, or use in the base of a Daiquiri.
