A vibrant Columbian rum, bottled by The Bristol Rum Company and named Sofia after the Columbian godess of spirit and free thinking! The rum was produced from molasses on a continuous column still before ageing for three years in bourbon barrels, resulting in rounded notes of mellow oak, sweet caramel, vanilla, and tropical fruit.
Sweet notes of toffee and creamy vanilla lead to banana bread, toasted oak, and a touch of tobacco.
