This Antiguan rum from English Harbour began life as column-still five year old rum which was aged initially in ex-bourbon casks. Following that, the spirit was moved over to Port casks for a finishing period, which helped to impart and accentuate the rum's intense dark fruit notes.
White peach, floral honey and oaky vanilla move into darker notes of blackberry jam, burnt caramel and black peppercorn.
Rattling good spirit perfect with ice or your choice of mixer. Best taken with friends in the cool of the evening or anytime. Enjoy
