A white rum distilled on the island of Saint Vincent. Sunset SLR was created in 1998, and it has a light, delicate flavour that works well in cocktails.
This SLR rum works well as a cocktail base where white rum is a primary ingredient. It integrates well without overpowering - ideal for mojito’s. The delicacy delivers freshness as well as flavour. My recommendation would be to use this as a base for a single spirit rum based cocktail.
