Saint Aubin Porto Cask Finish
The Saint Aubin distillery has a full range of delicious rums made from fresh sugar cane juice and then aged for six years in French oak bourbon casks before being finished in a former wine cask. In this case, it's Port, adding red fruit and aromatic spice.
