Another brilliant botanical rum from the Spirited Union team, which was made with Jamaican rum, infused and distilled Valencia and Curaçao oranges, as well as fresh ginger root. This one strikes a tasty balance of zesty fruit, spicy heat and well-rounded rum notes. Just the ticket for cool cocktails on a warm evening, but we reckon it might do rather well as a festive treat too...
Brightness of citrus oils up front, backed up by some tangy tropical fruit and subtle brown sugar sweetness. A slow build of oak spice and gingerbread.

Tried on its own and with coke, worked better with the mixer. Definitely taste the orange but no hint of ginger there. It’s decent but I’d choose other spiced/flavoured rums ahead of it
