A botanical rum from the Spirited Union Distillery over in Amsterdam, this Spice & Sea Salt expression combines just that. The rum base is infused with Guatemalan cardamom, Madagascan clove and vanilla, Peruvian cacao and finally, sea salt from the Salt Valley of Añana in the Basque Country.
Well balanced sweet, spicy and salty notes, with a citrus and floral start fading into sweet vanilla, aromatic spices and a somewhat nutty finish.
I'm a huge fan of rum, so I like to buy new brands and test them. This one unfortunately is really poor. I would not recommend this one to anyone. Waist of money.
