This unaged rum hails from Scotland, and is the delicious creation of Mike Aikman and Jason Scott (of Bramble, The Last Word and Lucky Liquor Co. fame), as well as Gavin Ferguson. The molasses rum is treated to a pot still distillation, bursting with fresh fruit and a mineral hint.
Fried banana, sultana, flinty minerals, rye grain and blueberry.
Only bought this for the bottle really, but very impressed. Never had a Scottish rum before and it’s a good strength. Will definitely buy again and not just to collect the bottles.
