Wonderfully warming, this rum from the SC Dogs distillery on the Isles of Scilly is named after local seadog Bruce Christopher. Working as a farmer, coastguard, and rower, Christopher also kept bees – and the SC Dogs gang has included a dash of honey from his home isle of Tresco to this rum, in honour of his memory.
Warming wafts of cakey spice mingle with drizzles of floral honey and sweet, zesty orange peel.
