The Salford Spiced Rum is something of a tribute to the dock workers who helped bring the city's Caribbean rum and spice imports through Salford Docks during the 1800s. It was fittingly distilled close to the old docks, then blended and infused with vanilla, nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger and dried fruits. The amazing Salford map that features on the bottle was designed by Manchester artist "DaveDraws".

This is an absolute cracker, you open it and instantly know it’s going to taste good with smells of the fairground like toffee apples and candy floss and an underlying hint of citrus. When you drink it you get a a sweet spiced feel in before the warmth of the rum hits the back of your throats.
