Behold, Ron Jungla! This Caribbean rum hasn't just been through any old maturation, but after initially ageing in the Caribbean, the spirit was treated to a secondary ageing in Majorca, in Bodegas Suau's brandy barrels. Alongside tropical fruity notes, there's dried fruit and dark chocolate in there too.
Lots of dried fruit, with dark treacle notes, dusty cocoa and dark chocolate, with juicy fresh stone fruit.
