A fruity rum from the Rhum J.M distillery on the Caribbean island of Martinique. This special release is made from pure, freshly pressed sugar cane juice, grown in the volcanic soils of the distillery’s Habitation Bellevue Estate. It is aged in wood for 24 months in a combination of French and American oak barrels, contributing to its distinctive aromas of exotic flambé fruits and honey.
A fruity rum with aromas of flambéed banana and pineapple, vanilla, honey, lemon, grapefruit and nutmeg which follow through on the palate, with a sweet bitterness of toasted nuts and wood.

This is the stuff! My favourite rum these days. The volcanique is also pretty good.
