A beautiful Trinidadian rum from a distillery founded in 1824. The producers recommend Rebellion Spiced be served long with cola and ice (and a squeeze of fresh lime juice).
Vanilla, crème caramel, nutmeg and cinnamon, a little clove note, coffee beans and oak.
Apricot nectar and vanilla, a little honey, cinnamon and toasty oak.
Nutmeg and honey.

One of the sweeter spiced rums on the market, similar to the likes of Old J. Rebellion is a more complex blend of sweet spices and flavours, not just a ton of vanilla so it stands proud on my shelf. Can't drink too much of it though as it can get a little sickly. Quite nice on a hangover believe it or not.
Honestly the best spiced rum around. It has a mix of caramel, vanilla and a little honey that tastes incredible. I would highly recommend this rum to anyone.
Not familiar with the taste of doggy-doodahs .. I'd refer to cardomom, coconut, ginger and vanilla instead. But if this is what cocker spaniel tastes of, perhaps I need to embrace alternative life-styles. The best spiced rum I've ever had (and there have been quite a few). Smooth, warming .. even better (I can't believe I'm saying this) .. even better than Rumbullion. Note to Rebellion producers .. you mess with this formula, and I will turn from biggest fan to nightmare neighbour. You have created something amazing. Society owes you a great debt.
The dogs bollocks. Absolutely superb
