A beautiful Trinidadian rum from a distillery founded in 1824. The producers recommend Rebellion Spiced be served long with cola and ice (and a squeeze of fresh lime juice).
Vanilla, crème caramel, nutmeg and cinnamon, a little clove note, coffee beans and oak.
Apricot nectar and vanilla, a little honey, cinnamon and toasty oak.
Nutmeg and honey.

Far too drinkable the low 37.5% means no burn and happy to drink neat. Also enough punch to taste in a mixer. Only problem is mom don't have this on bulk bundle.
Best rum I have ever tried, so smooth and a great taste.
So I've wandered through the halls of spiced rum for a few years now, and as a happy accident when I ordered some kraken at a pub while trying to endure a family ordeal, Rebellion turned up and I decided the next day I'd purchase a bottle. Recommended!
The first thing that hits you when you open Rebellion is vanilla, it's so pronounced and dare I say it intoxicating. It just makes me just want to bury my nose in every glass. The first sip is sweet cane sugar, vanilla and caramel followed quickly by a bit of ginger, nutmeg and then a pleasant warm burn. At 37.5% it's not going to blow your head off but it will sneak up on you as it's far too easy to drink. Now it's borderline liqueur territory sweet and the sugar residue I noticed on the bottle after a little trickle escaped and dried fits with it's taste profile. If you like your drinks sweet and easy you won't go far wrong with Rebellion and the price point is fantastic to boot.
The best rum on the market hands down just trust me it all I drink now!!!
